The new generation of the popular trail bike line arrives with a larger engine, six-speed transmission, and performance upgrades
American Honda officially announced the arrival of the 2026 CRF300F, the newest member of the brand’s renowned trail bike family, replacing the CRF250F. The model features a more powerful 294 cc engine and an updated six-speed transmission, offering more strength and versatility for off-road riders.
Among the chassis improvements, the conventional fork received new adjustments for greater end-of-travel resistance. The lower triple clamp and rear suspension linkage are now made of aluminum instead of steel, reducing weight and improving handling.
The design also follows the CRF Performance motorcycles used in professional motocross, with new graphics and molded radiator shrouds. Other changes include the addition of an oil radiator and a more heat-resistant clutch disc material, maintaining the CRF-F family’s reputation for reliability and easy maintenance.

“Honda has an unmatched history of producing fun, accessible, and durable trail bikes that bring the thrill of off-road adventure to riders of all ages and backgrounds. With the new CRF300F – the most capable CRF-F model to date – these experiences are more accessible than ever, and we believe this bike will be even more successful than its predecessor,” said Colin Miller, Public Relations Manager at American Honda.
The 2026 Honda CRF300F will arrive at Honda Powersports dealerships in the United States in October, with a suggested retail price of US$ 4,999 and in red.
